The complex contains 3 main buildings and 2 technical buildings, of total closed area 65,000m2; and a landscape area including 7 fountains with total area 83,000m2.
The 1st and main building of the complex is The Ice hockey Arena for 10,000 spectators, with two ice rings; one for main games and one for training. The 2nd building is a sport school of 350 students and the 3rd building is a dormitory for 300 students.
